Vendor troubleshooting guide

Use this page if enrollment, login, or document upload is not working. Most issues can be resolved in a few minutes without contacting support.

1. “Email ID Already Exists” or “GST No Already Exists” during enrollment

These messages mean you are already registered in the portal. Do not enroll again with the same email or GSTIN.

  1. Go to Login and sign in with your existing Login ID and password.
  2. If you forgot your password, use Forgot Password.
  3. If you never activated your account, use Resend activation email and complete verification from the link in your inbox (check spam/junk).
  4. Only use New User Enroll if you are registering for the first time with a new email and GSTIN.
2. “Login ID Already Exists”

Choose a different Login ID, or log in if you created this ID earlier.

3. Cannot log in after successful enrollment
  1. Confirm you clicked the verification link in the registration email.
  2. Use Resend activation email if the link expired or you did not receive the mail.
  3. Enter Login ID exactly as registered (case-sensitive).
  4. Reset password via Forgot Password if needed.
4. Business Profile — cannot submit or upload files
  • Fill all fields marked with *.
  • Upload only PDF or JPEG; maximum size is usually 3 MB per file.
  • After saving, refresh the page once (Ctrl + F5) if the layout looks broken.
  • Complete Business Profile before applying for items.
5. Uploaded document link downloads a web page instead of PDF

If clicking a proof link (PAN, signature, etc.) downloads an HTML file instead of your PDF:

  1. Log in again and open the page fresh.
  2. Right-click the link → Save link as, or open in a new tab.
  3. If it still fails, contact support with your Login ID and the document name shown on screen.
6. Payment / application status
  • Check status under My Applications (after login).
  • Payment receipt: Application payment section if available on your menu.
  • Allow some time for payment confirmation to update after successful payment.
