1.The fabric used in developing Net Mosquito FR & IR should be FR and IR in nature and the firm will submit test report of conformance of the same from a NABL accredited lab/Govt. Lab/renonwned Pvt. Lab. 2. The participating firm must have supplied same or similar type of product (LLIN) in last three years to any unit of Troop Comforts Limited or to the user i.e. MGS Branch/Indian Armed Forces. 3.The participating firm must have atleast 150 no. of stitching machines for manufacturing the subject item. 4. The garnitures used in manufacturing the net mosquito should be FR and firm must submit test report of conformance of the same from a NABL accredited lab/Govt. Lab/renonwned Pvt. Lab. 5.The participating firm must have certificate from health regulatory bodies regarding the manufacturing of Insect Repellent (IR) treated nets at the factory premises.
